A guided half-day kayak eco-tour and customized bird-watching expeditions. The tour takes participants
into remote areas that would take normal paddlers three to five days to reach. Six passengers and their kayaks board
a shuttle motorboat in Everglades City to the Wilderness Waterway, which is deep in Everglades National Park's Ten
Thousand Islands. The tour promises paddling into wilderness to spot birds, dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles.

Everglades City to Marco Island
The Paradise Coast Blueway's GPS-marked kayak paddling trail opened in the Paradise Coast region for
bird and wildlife watching, kayak fishing, as well as exploration. The trail leads kayakers and canoers on an
exciting journey from cypress, through mangroves and out to the edge of the Gulf of Mexico utilizing GPS waypoints.
Phase 1, the Ten Thousand Islands section of the blueway, begins in Everglades City, at the northwestern tip of
Everglades National Park’s Wilderness Waterway trail, and ends at the village of Goodland on Marco Island.
